天 津 市 北 方 公 证 处 简 介

        天津市北方公证处是全市最先设立的集规模化、国际化、标准化于一体的市级国家公证机构，
并最早被司法部授予涉外公证权，具有国际公证人资格。处内汇聚了一批博学、 多识、资历深

      Tianjin Beifang Notary Public Office is a state notarizing organization which is the earliest notary public 
office established  at  the  municipal  level  in  Tianjin  integrating  scale  operation,     internationalization  
and standardization into a whole. It is also one of the earliest notary public offices conferred with notarizing 
power on  foreign-related  affairs  authorized  by  the  Justice  Ministry  and  has the qualification as an 
international notary public office. Tianjin Notary Public Offices is furnished with a group of erudite, highly 
qualified staff. With many years of practice, its business scope is enlarged into tens of relevant fields at home 
and abroad.  It handles over 50 thousand notary certificates every year,  which are used in more than a 
hundred of countries and regions in the world.   The standard and public credit levels in notarization are
